Woolworths' Slimmer's Choice range
Woolworths’ range of Slimmer’s Choice dairy products makes eating healthily easy. With a selection including Gouda, feta and cream cheeses, as well as yoghurts and dairy drinks, it's low in fat and carbohydrates without comprising on tastiness. The cheeses are full of flavour and the yoghurts have the same smooth creaminess as their full-fat counterparts. SERVING SUGGESTION - HEALTHY BREAKFAST OMELETTE Place 100 g of Slimmer’s Choice Cream Cheese into a bowl and mix in 4 chopped spring onions, a handful of chopped Italian flat leaf parsley and some torn basil. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Beat 6 free-range eggs, place a pan over a low heat with a splash of olive oil and pour in the eggs. Sprinkle over wilted baby spinach and gently cook for 3 – 4 minutes before placing under the grill for a couple of minutes until golden and set.
